The renovated Duca di Salaparuta Wine Cellars in Casteldaccia (Palermo Province) presents its new programme of wine tasting events for the period from 5 November 2018 to 31 March 2019.
The wine tourists who visit this corner of Sicily during the mild Mediterranean winter can choose between three different types of guided tours of the Wine Cellars, followed by tasting sessions: STANDARD, TASTES OF AUTUMN and DUCA EXCELLENCE.
Each type of visit includes a different refined gastronomic combination, for the curious, the hungry and gourmet fans… A perfect way to spend quality time discovering the excellences of this unique Sicilian territory. In particular, the TASTES OF AUTUMN tour will delight you with all the scents of the most intense season of the year, thanks to the flavours of mushrooms, home-made sausage, chocolate and the crunchy freshness of the pomegranate, all perfect with our Corvo and Duca di Salaparuta wines.

“STANDARD” VISIT
Includes a guided tour of the Wine Cellars + tasting of 4 wines by Duca di Salaparuta, Corvo and Florio (one white, two reds and one marsala) with 4 small gastronomic pairings. Duration: Approximately 1 hour and a half.
Times: from Monday to Friday 10 am in English and 2.30 pm in Italian. Saturday: 10 am in Italian and 11 am in English*.
Costs: Adults – 13 Euros per person. Children (6 to 17 years) – 5 Euros per person.
* If requested in advance and subject to availability, as well as in Italian and English, the tour can also be conducted in French and at different times.
“TASTES OF AUTUMN” VISIT
Includes a guided tour of the Wine Cellars + tasting of 4 wines by Duca di Salaparuta and Corvo (one white, two reds and one dessert wine) with 4 small gastronomic pairings. Duration: Approximately 1 hour and a half.

Costs: Adults – 16 Euros per person. Children (6 to 17 years) – 5 Euros per person.
“DUCA EXCELLENCE” VISIT
Includes a guided tour of the Wine Cellars + a tasting of 3 of the most outstanding wines by Duca di Salaparuta and Florio, with gourmet accompaniments. Duration: 1 hour and a half.
Times: to be established
Costs: Adults – 20 Euros per person, minimum 6 participants. Children (6 to 17 years) – 5 Euros per person.
