The Florio Winery in Marsala, in the Sicilian province of Trapani, presents its new programme of wine tasting events for the period 1 November 2021 to 31 March 2022. Wine tourists in search of enchantment and cultural stimulation will be able to choose between several kinds of tours of the historic Florio Wine Cellars, revealing a unique and mysterious world. - MARSALA GOURMET TOUR
A guided tour of the Wine Cellars plus a tasting of 3 Marsala wines accompanied by delicious nibbles. Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes. €20 adults – €5 minors (aged 6 to 17 years)
Times: in Italian, Monday and Friday at 15.30 In English: Tuesday and Thursday at 10.00
- FLORIO SELECTION TOUR
A guided tour of the Wine Cellars plus a tasting of 3 wines: 2 Marsala Riserva and 1 Zibibbo, accompanied by delicious nibbles. Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes. €25 adults – €5 minors (aged 6 to 17 years)
Times: in Italian, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 15.30 Saturdays at 11.00. In English: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.00. Saturdays at 10.30
- VERTICAL TASTING OF RISERVE AEGUSA
A guided tour of the Wine Cellars and a vertical tasting of 3 Marsala Aegusa reserve vintages (1989, 1994, 2001). Duration: approx. 2 hours. €35 adults. Children not admitted.
Minimum 15 participants.
- TOUR and RACKING
A guided tour of the Wine Cellars with a racking of 1 aged Marsala reserve wine, plus a tasting of 2 Marsala Aegusa reserve wines (1989 and 2001). Duration: approx. 2 hours. €50 adults. Children not admitted.
Minimum 10 participants.
LE WINE EXPERIENCES – Private services with times and days to be agreed
Guided tour of the cellars plus a tasting event with 2 Duca di Salaparuta and 2 Marsala Florio wines, with special gastronomic extras served in a gourmet box. Duration: approx. 2 hours. €35 adults – €10 minors (aged 6 to 17 years)
Minimum 20 participants
- LUNCHEON TASTING EVENT
Tasting menu, including 4 courses accompanied by 4 Marsala wines. Guests sitting at tables. Duration: 2.5 hours. €60 adults – €25 minors (aged 6 to 17 years)

- LUNCHES & DINNERS
4-course menu served at table (appetizer, first course, second course, fruit and dessert), accompanied by 4 different wines. Duration: 3.5 hours. €100 adults – €50 minors (aged 6 to 12 years)
