Cheesesteak

This wholesome, complete lunch that’s full of flavour is perfect accompanied by a glass of fragrant Corvo Rosso.

Ingredient:

– 150 gr Steak (thin slices, like meat for carpaccio)
–  Italian bread roll
– 1 White onion
– 1 Green bell pepper

Step 1 – After cleaning the onion and the pepper, slice them roughly and cook slowly in a pan with a little oil and salt until browned. Remove the vegetables from the pan and put aside.

Step 2  – Cover the bottom of the same pan with a film of oil and add the slices of meat. After seasoning, let the meat cook and brown without turning or moving it. Using two spatulas, cut the meat into small pieces directly in the pan and leave to cook for another minute.

Step 3 – Add the onion and green pepper to the meat and mix together. Turn off the heat and cover the meat and vegetables with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano petals, which will melt with the heat. Once the cheese has melted, use a spatula to transfer everything to your opened roll and serve hot.

Step 4 –  This wholesome, complete lunch that’s full of flavour is perfect accompanied by a glass of fragrant Corvo Rosso and a portion of fresh fruit. Bon appétit!
