Duca di Salaparuta news @ Vinitaly 2015 – COLOMBA PLATINO by Risignolo Estate!

Since 1959, Colomba Platino has featured on the tables of the best restaurants and the homes of Italians. An Insolia varietal made, from this year, with grapes cultivated on the Risignolo Estate, and hand-harvested when fully ripe, the result of very soft pressing of the grapes and the use of only free-run must. The entire process is carried out at a controlled temperature so that all the aromas and scents of the Insolia remain intact and a fresh, harmonious, pleasantly fruity wine with the right personality is obtained. A wine that clearly expresses all the distinctive features of its terroir and all the care with which Duca di Salaparuta chooses the area best suited to each variety, working both in the vineyard and the Cellar to create wines with an immediately recognizable personality. Come to taste it!
