Fragola: hard to believe, but that really is my name!
With a name like that I couldn’t resist the fascination of cookery, recipes, the scents and flavours of fruit and vegetables and the infinite possibilities that imagination and creativity put at our disposal when we find ourselves in the kitchen.
I’m mother to Viola and Jacopo, 4 and 2 years old, who are also enthusiastic foodies and are often with me in the kitchen with their aprons and wooden spoons!
Here are my suggestions for some tasty recipes, which given the times take not only the palate but also the family purse into account. I invite you to try them out, not forgetting to always accompany them with a delicious glass of Corvo Bianco or Corvo Rosso. Happy tasting!
