Inspired by a unique and inevitable vision of refinement, the SR0207 is driven by an urge for storytelling. The 9SAG barrel reveals a winemaking singularity, created 120 metres from the sea, in a suspended time-space elevation of fourteen years. A Marsala that summons up dry, long, and persistent tannins, entwined with a balanced sweetness and a scent of spicy notes and custard.

Aged since 2004 in a single barrel, in the Florio Winery, this Marsala Vergine is the son of the sea of the wind. The Mediterranean gives it sensations of persistent sapidity, combined with a long and vibrant tannin that awaken the palate and bewitch it. The aromas are spicy and vertical, with notes of toasted peanuts and cereals, and the color is warm, gold made of light and sun.

A Marsala with an elegant sensorial architecture, expressing a clear Winemaker’s vision of the Winery’s spaces. The slow movement in barrels of different shapes and sizes has awakened a long tannin pleasure on the palate, hints of peanuts and cereal on the nose, and the coloured warmth of golden yellow.
